No, we will work with the information we have to help you understand your lot and next steps. If you have a survey and/or plans, it will help us be as accurate as possible when comparing to what is allowed on your lot; however, we can make good estimates via GIS and Google Earth.
If you are looking for added accuracy, we do offer on-site field measuring through our Development Potential Analysis package.
